Helios Energy Europe SL (HELIENE) after having manufactured more than 15,000 modules and testing in different laboratories on materials strength and aging has decided to extend the duration of the guarantee against manufacturing defects on all modules manufactured from this date 5 to 10 years and to give the indication of this improvement in all technical, security certificates and other technical documentation affected.

- Just-in-time in manufacturing line working in series production, first input-first output.
- Prototypes are analysed with a solar irradiation test to evaluate their performance as well as an electrical insulation test. Environmental and weather resistance tests, carried out by certified bodies, enable the product specification sheets to be endorsed, as well as their certification and traceability.
Compliance with CE mark standards define the basic parameters of the design, quality and final product, certifying its validity for the European market in particular and in general that is compatible (normally, CE certification offers the highest world level).
Commercialisation, supported by constantly updated market surveys by our suppliers in communication studies are strongly focused on a target client group whose centre of gravity is the promoter-installer: Both of solar parks, and photovoltaic orchards and local installations from industrial buildings to domestic roofs.
The search for direct communication spans from the needs analysis of the developer-installer, their habits, motivations and purchase objections, to the values, perceptions and distortions in the knowledge of the product that cause a global attitude and particular for the purchase service and the subsequent experience it has in terms of results with the installation.
The duration of product research, as well as market research, spans in the first case an estimated period of 4 months and in the second of 2, in which conclusions are reached as to product configuration and sales plan action.
The development workforce, currently composed of engineers, experts in production-quality and in product-commercialisation, enables us to ensure the continuity of production of a process with high added value and different from competitors, in which the best features do not have a negative effect n the cost in the market, establishing its position in the medium-high range.
